In our last blog, we shared some pretty exciting news about the Promocube being featured in use by the Premier League on the BBC and other major TV networks as a mobile studio. It was incredible to see our fantastic brand with such prominence in the public eye and it hasn’t gone unnoticed by the events world. As you might expect, since then our phone hasn’t stopped ringing!

We thought it would be great to keep you updated with not just industry news, but also what’s happening in the world of Promocube including; upcoming events or roadshows and a little more about the personalities behind the brand.

WHAT IS THE PROMOCUBE PERSONALITY?

The Promocube is clever. It’s smart & sophisticated, but it also likes to party! As every Promocube is designed and accessorised to be completely unique to each client, each one will therefore take on the personality of the brand behind it and bring it to life. Some may be bright, bold and boisterous and others will be clean, soft and demure. With Promocube, the essence of the message you wish to portray can be anything and everything; it’s the chameleon of promotional stands, ready and waiting to blend in right in with your brand identity, but its still the mobile studio that will stand out in the crowd.

WHAT’S PROMOCUBE’S WORD ON THE STREET?

Well, following our TV debut, we have been inundated with enquiries about how Promocube can help support and showcase all manner of companies. From outdoor Harley Street clinic openings fully equipped with treatment couches showcasing the latest in non-invasive technology in the aesthetics world, media agencies looking to set up brand workshop demonstrations to major car brands parking a vehicle right inside it. Yes, you heard us right, you can even park a car in it! With a number of upcoming high-profile events, we can’t wait to show you just how much the Promocube can do. Whilst we’d love to knock your socks off with imagery of our Premiership outing, sadly (but understandably) we’re bound by IP restrictions this time, but don’t worry, we will certainly be taking plenty of creative shots of our other showcases in the coming months and will be delighted to share them with you. A NEW SEASON OF EVENTS – KICK IT OFF IN STYLE WITH PROMOCUBE HIRE.

Now that the country is beginning to unlock and we can all start to enjoy a little more normality, we thought we would take the chance to spend a few moments to tell you a little about what the Promocube has been up to since measures have begun to relax across the UK – as well as your Promocube hire scheme. 

The first big step change has been in how promotional event organisers and suppliers are looking to safely make steps toward hosting and attending events as well as re-engaging with the public so you awesome people can start to make some noise! 

We have been keeping close tabs on government guidelines, but also on the many ways that the events industry is adapting to meet the needs of the public – safely. 

As you would expect, the number one rule will be keeping a distance. Whether this is yourself, your staff or visitors to your stand, the event organisers along with their suppliers need to make sure that you can still put your product in front of people’s eyes, without getting in their faces! 

For some time yet, we expect that distancing measures will (and should) remain where there are large gatherings, so that both promoters and delegates can be kept safe. This is where we come in…

Unfortunately we’re not allowed to share those photos with you due to intellectual property rights.

Outdoor Events – Let’s go outside!

Here at Promocube, above all else we are passionate about people. People are the unsung heroes of the events industry. After all, without you there would be no events.

It is the people who have been most affected in these most unusual of times with many of us having been segregated from friends, family and colleagues for the best part of three months.

During this time we have missed special occasions, birthdays, first steps and first words and it delights us that we are able to start to connect with you again in ways we have been unable to. We have remained open for business, and like many of you, have made adjustments to the way we work and taken assistance from the likes of Skype & Zoom so we can still deliver the all-important human touch as best we can. Now that lockdown is gradually beginning to ease, we would like to mark our resurgence by letting you know we have been thinking of you and hope you have all kept safe, well and happy.

We recognise that we are yet to be entirely free of the pandemic that has swept the globe, but we are now seeing a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel and for the events industry, that light is the sunshine!

OUTDOOR EVENTS 2020

The government has now given the green light to outdoor events at the end of last week so it is likely that they will be the first to gain traction. Be it weddings, parties or conferences, so long as the weather is here to support us, we are here to support you.

With physical distancing measures currently under review, we believe that to stay sensible is to stay safe. We understand that people will be cautious for some time, and rightly so.

We are all uncertain of what to do next (or first) now that we are able to begin to make plans.

It is difficult to predict how large gatherings will change in the long term, but the team at Promocube are on hand to support you however we can and keep you safe if an upcoming event is on your horizon this year.

STILL KEEPING YOU SAFE

With people at the heart of what we do, we are taking extra measures to ensure that we do all we can to keep you as safe as possible when you hire a Promocube for your event. It is for this reason that we have taken some steps to show you that we care; our delivery & installation teams will be wearing appropriate PPE including masks and gloves (be assured that behind every mask is a smile), every cube will be cleaned and sanitised prior to delivery.

One thing we can be certain of; we very much look forward to dusting off our summer jackets, getting a good dose of Vitamin D and catching up with you at the first of what we hope is many outdoor events during the summer of 2020.
